Position Overview:

As an Odoo ERP Sales Manager at TechSiera, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expansion in the UAE market. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored Odoo ERP solutions to meet those needs. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of TechSiera.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Proactively identify and target potential clients in the UAE who could benefit from Odoo ERP solutions.
  2. Client Engagement: Understand clients' business processes, challenges, and goals to recommend suitable Odoo ERP modules and configurations.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo ERP developments and features to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  5. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and customized proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  6. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  8. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Odoo ERP or technology solutions industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for technology and sales.
